Shit, I've heard this before! Thank you for finding it, I'll get the album. Um...I heard a lot of music like this on xm radio when our family had it, but that was before the merger...you'd be best off finding a trance / downtempo stream and listening to that, picking out what you like.

I remember one of my first artists were Telepopmusik, but I couldn't find anything on them years ago.
