Just lay in bed till you finally fall asleep? it might be boring but it will eventually work

this never works for me, I always have to stay up one or two nights and then time about 12 hours of sleep so I get in the right groove
Do what I did and develop a delayed sleep schedule that borders on nocturnal!
i have the problem of staying up late and waking up late. THIS HAS TO CHANGE
Yea to fix my sleep pattern it has to start with me waking up real early in the morning.
I can physically wake up early, then ill be able to fall asleep early that night, and then so on.
But I can't physically fall asleep early if i woke up late.
