Hmm... I've seen much better.

Maybe work it in CS3, Gimp, then Imageready, clean up the cloud and lower it's opacity.  Soil looks unreal, and so does Grass.  The tree needs some touching up as well.

Turn font-smoothing on, change the font, make the text bigger, and add a small opaque outer glow to the text.
