Bozeman, Montana to Minneapolis in nearly one sitting. Two small breaks for bathroom and mcdonald's. driving through North Dakota there were so many fucking bugs hitting the windshield that it obscured my vision so much I also had to stop to wipe them off
but driving completely straight for hours in the dark with good beats buzzin. it was mostly great
this story has changed my life.
I drove from Maine to Virginia past winter break. I know how you feel.

I WANNA LEARN TO DRIVE ;_;
I love driving in the dark.
And Montana is pretty.
I always remember the Cruisin' U.S.A. course in I think north Dakota or one of those states where every once in a while a shitload of bugs would splat on the screen.

Have you ever ridden a Greyhound bus? They aren't enjoyable in the least. Driving oneself is much more rewarding.
I just had a 12 hour drive from Salt Lake City to Phoenix today

Well, driving alone for that long would not be something I'd really want to do. Some people hate buses, but I don't have a problem with them. After college I'm gonna live in the city and won't own a car (saves money, won't need it, etc) and I wouldn't have a problem with taking a bus when I need to reach another city.
