been out for awhile but I just got it the other day.
Fantastic record, been listening to it constantly!

Honestly, the guy's voice is terrible, and I could not understand how any of it could be interpreted as music.
It's not horrible, but it's nothing special either.
Maybe it's an acquired taste, I dunno, but I'd never listen to them.
I don't understand what in the world about it is even that inaccessible. It's all coherent, pretty straight-forward stuff. It's not like this is Mr. Bungle or Architecture In Helsinki or anything.

I think that Dave Longreths voice is very good and is complimented well by his two back-up singers.

MGMT sucks a huge fucking cock but Fleet Foxes isn't really bad at all
I listened to it when it came out because of all the great reviews it got. Not bad, I guess. It basically sounds to me like pop music with goofy instrumentation. I'm sure it would grow on me if I listened to it more; I just don't feel like listening to it again.

also when i heard the first single i thought his rap sounded like kanyes and turns out he worked with one of kanyes writers. i also think his rapping is really cringey
listening to some of it today, it's p. decent so far *shrug*
