The feel like noodles because you kewn'd your muscles.
THEY NEED TIME TO REST AND REGENERATE, and after they're done resting they get bigger because yo muscle cells get fat like Geno from hypertrophy <3

WAIT AFTER 2 DAYS AND DO 25 PUSH UPS, AND WAIT AGAIN AND DO 35 LOL OMG

i'm pretty sure his normal nigger diet already has adequate amounts of protein to sustain his muscle-growing task <3

I eat more meat than I should, actually. It's veggies I don't eat much of.

You're pretty young, it's okay that you can only do 15. However, it's important that you let your muscles rest and wait until your arms stop feeling like noodles to exercise again.

Like the others have said, make sure you give yourself enough time to rest your body.

Also, have you really been sticking with your regimen?  If you've just started or you've been exercising on and off, then you've found your problem.  Remember:  all good things take time.

Google is your friend. The average Boyah athlete is not.

Yeah really. I made up my regimen from looking around sites that I found from Google, not from asking Outsider.

(Also having an old rusty weight bench lying in my shed was a major help)

1. lol 15 push-ups

2. dont only do push-ups, dummy. make a schedule to work out all muscles of your body, not just your arms and chest. working only one part of your body can lead to harm, especially to a youngin like you.

Get a gym membership and a personal trainer.

Most institutions of education have facilities and equipment which does not require a lethargic waste of money, time, and effort, with a membership in a generic commercial joint. Furthermore, personal trainers can be compensated for by proper knowledge and self discipline. If you're a middle aged woman of average IQ, low self esteem, lacking discipline, but not time and libido, well, personal trainer by all means. One thing is for sure, there will be a pumping.
