Why are they so weird
The roads are all winding and shit.
Unrelated. Posting a thread before the light turns green is hard
Because they can afford to waste the gas by winding

They can afford to make me crash.
If only..
because suburban development tried to deviate from traditional dense cities as much as possible when the original suburbs trend exploded
mine is all planned with straight streets
Rich people?
That's everywhere within half an hour of here, and we're not rich.
My entire hometown's like that, even the main roads

jmv lives in the slums of salem he's acquainted only with the day to day grind of finding food and a place to sleep
yeah i fuckin hate those roads.
also their ditches are really deep.
and they always have weird ass lamp posts everywhere that aren't even bright.
Suburban design isn't like urban design. Since they're not regulated and closely monitored the way urban designers are, suburban designers have the freedom to be complete fucking idiots.

it pisses me off.
while in lynn (at night at least when there aren't 12000 cars and faggots in the streets) i can just floor it and not worry about making any turns.
when i was in nahant i was like OH SHIT A TURN OH SHIT WHAT THE FUCK DEAD END.
For the most part, the city is just a straight road, but then I got to the end, took a right and got lost.

Our streets are named after fruits and numbers. But there was once this street that was named "Forget-Me-Not Road".
It was so cute. :3
