Most relationships are doomed to fail from the get-go.
but you never know it until it's too late and your boyfriend uses you then dumps you and tells you that you never meant anything to him after being best friends for 3 years and dating for almost 2.  n_u
I've never been in a serious relationship, but if I was in one it would never end because of infidelity on my part - I'd be far more worried that my girl would cheat on me than I'd be that I'd cheat on her.

I have huge trust issues, and I have a huge fear of abandonment.

oh jeez
Well, first there's the girl I lost my virginity to in 2007. That relationship failed after about a month and a half.

My next serious relationship didn't come until about January 2008. This girl stuck a marker in her vagina in front of my friends when we were drunk and we dated off and on about three times for about 2-3 months.
That ultimately failed, of course.

The end of that relationship gradually transitioned into another relationship which was pretty boring. I ended up finding out that this girl was good friends with one of the people I hated most in this world. But, anyway, this girl was a bitch and we barely lasted a month. Another failed one.

Next relationship started around August 2008. I met this girl who I apparently went to Kindergarten with and we hit it off while drinking Everclear. This is the girl that I got drunk with and tried to have sex with on a slide on a school playground, but ended up getting caught by a cop. Yep. After about two months she moved away and the relationship ended.

My next relationship was off and on from December to February. I really liked this girl, and she screwed me over twice. She cheated on me and she can go fuck herself.

In between most of these actual relationships are also some girls I never had a formal relationship with, but did things with.

As for now, I've got a girl that I'm involved with, but there's no official relationship yet.

so that's five serious relationships that have failed

Why would you call it a "failed" relationship? Any relationship that doesn't end in marriage until death is failed.

Hm. I think any relationship that ends with you disliking the person is failed.

No. The romantic relationship fails when you two stop being a romantic couple. If you break up ever, it failed.

The purpose of a relationship isn't to spend you're life together with a person. I think you are confusing marriage and dating.

I mean absolutely no offense so I'm sorry if this comes across the wrong way, I don't really see how you can have 'serious' relationships with people you've only dated a few months or less.  doodhuh;
