Well, beside a lot of local shows...

Ducktales
The Smurfs (lots of my 90's shows were 80's reruns, there will be a few others in this list)
Aladdin TAS
Batman TAS
Spider-Man TAS
Animaniacs
Pinky and the Brain
Tiny Toon Adventures
Goof Troop
Inspector Gadget
The Raccoons
Goosebumps
Pete & Pete
Eerie, Indiana
Eerie, Indiana: The Other Dimension
The Magic School Bus
Most of the Nicktoons prankster mentionned, not gonna cite them again
Are you afraid of the dark?
Dexter's Lab
The Powerpuff Girls
Dragonball Z
Reboot
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers

These last two I got the titles from Wiki since I watched them in French. In fact, I watched most of these shows in French.

Well, wow. The 90's were... long, to say the least. It spanned on a lot of ages, this list is all over the place.

So I was going through the Nelvana entry on Wikipedia... maybe I shouldn't have. Of course it's Canadian and I said I wouldn't mention local shows, but by local shows I mostly meant kids' shows with Quebec actors I watched as a kid. They make some pretty international stuff anyway, so...

Rupert
Dog City (alright, I was right in reading that article. That show was A-FUCKING-SOME)
Ned's Newt (kind of a rip-off on Aladdin's Genie, but still great)
Babar
Beetlejuice TAS
Stickin' Around
Flying Rhyno Junior High

Alright. Now that this has been dealt with...
DiC Cinar Cookie Jar Entertainment now!

The Chipmunks
Dennis The Menace
Heathcliff
Sonic Underground (gah...)
Popples (reeeeeeeeeaaaaaallly far...)
The Little Lulu Show

This thread... this threeeeeeaaaaddd... psyduck;

I had to go back to a Youtube vid to remember. Imma have to go with "no". He sounded more like Cartman with a more high-pitched voice. So, not an accent per se, but still a weird cartoonish way of pronouncing things. befuddlement

That was one of the few shows I watched in both languages anyway.

In addition to the shows already listed, I present to you Popeye.

Not exactly a 90's show, but Cartoon Network used to play that along with other older cartoons all the time. I used to watch it so much when I was little that my favorite food was spinach until I turned 5.

spam;
