I need motivation.
Like, thinking of Megan Fox isn't enough.
Well, you could always be a disgusting looking freak like me.
Enough with Ms. Fox, but sticking to the topic. Do you want to loose or gain weight? Make it a goal and work out everyday, if you're not committed to doing the routine then you don't want it that bad thus you not needing it.
The thing is, I'm too skinny.
But I have a gut, so I can't get abs.
So I have to lose weight in my abdominal area, but gain much more weight everywhere else.
It's hard, because I don't know what to do. Should I lose weight first, so I lose my gut, then gain muscle?
Or just gain weight, and do crunches.
I am committed, I work out everyday, but today I just felt unmotivated.

While you're losing weight you should develop abs. Work out every other day, don't ware yourself out.

You can't lose weight in only one area. So that "gain weight and do crunches" plan isn't going to do shit. If you have access to a gym look up a workout routine. If you don't then just look up a workout routine with body weight exercises. Do this every other day.
On those off days try going out for a run/jog. Running will lower your body fat percentage and make your muscle more visible.
Working out your abs is almost completely unnecessary. If you're bf% is low enough, you'll be able to see them.

Anyways, nothing we can tell you is going to help you to find motivation; that's something that you have to discover for yourself. If you want something, and you want it bad enough, you'll put in the necessary work to reach your goal.
Really, only the first couple of weeks are tough. After you begin to get into a routine and develop a natural rhythm that has working out integrated with your normal day, it'll start to feel weird when you
don't work out.
