But also keep in mind that this isn't confirmed; these are "leaked" (allegedly) images.

Hm, it doesn't look too bad actually.  I wonder if they'll price it lower than the iPod touch.

I could see it going for $200, which would be a great deal.
I'm guessing it will have a slightly modified interface (but still similar) and maybe 32GB or so.

that looks like an odd 16:9 screen. Still awesome, except that overhang on the bottom is a bit much.
