I only watch most of them online, but I catch every new episode (when they're running) of:
Flight of the Conchords
Colbert Report
South Park
The Office
Dollhouse
30 Rock
Conan
Kings
SNL
is this normal
The only ones that I watch with any regularity are the Simpsons, King of the Hill, 24, and Scrubs. I watch a lot of stuff from time to time, though. I need to start watching stuff online.
Just one. LOST. :3

+ Coldbert Report, and The Daily Show.
Consistently I watch Heroes and The Office.
I watch other shows quite often, but I don't have to see every episode.
I only watch Jeopardy, and that's only because it's on when I eat supper. I used to watch Colbert Report and The Office, but me and my mom moved into my grandma's to take care of her and now all that the TV can be turned to is Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy (just because it comes on right after Wheel (oh god I hate when Wheel of Fortune is abbreviated to Wheel)), but mostly just Andy Griffith. And of course grandma would have a cow if she watched Colbert or The Office.
I watch TV whenever I feel like it and I just watch whatever's on. My usual channels are CN, Nickelodeon, Food Network, G4, and GSN. I usually flip through the channels though so I watch stuff on other channels too.
The Andy Griffith Show is the shit, I love Barney

I used to watch of lot of CN, but I can't stand most of the cartoons they have nowadays. I still watch Nick sometimes for stuff like SpongeBob, and I love GSN and Food Network. I've always thought about going to culinary school.
I used to watch G4 back when they actually had shows about gaming.
I usually just watch Spongebob and Chowder and I'm good. giggle;
spongebob is so bad
