I watched the videos and the woman's not quite as stupid as the article makes her seem. She is stupid in the respect that she wasn't aware that there's a non-emergency police line, but her desire to call the police is somewhat justified.

She paid for McNuggets and when they said there were none left they refused to give her money back. I would have raised hell as well.
