My Zune had some error screen when I turned it on, and it wouldn't go away and I couldn't do anything. So I called microsoft and they sent me my box to send my Zune out in. The Indian dude from customer service told me that it was because of a corrupted file.
My question:
Was the file something that I put on my zune? If so, does that mean that it was corrupted to begin with, and when I put it on my zune again, it will die again?
