Soundgarden is a staple of 90s grunge. They're like right under Nirvana and Pearl Jam.

They're pretty cool, but I prefer Nirvana when it comes to grunge.

He listens to the radio all the time, that's why he doesn't know who the fuck anyone is unless they topped charts in the past five years.

It's great shit, but I also think their 80's albums need more attention. Screaming Life/Fopp, Ultramega OK, and Louder Than Love aren't masterpieces, but to put it in simple terms, they rock hard.

first off lol
the radio plays more than just new music
listen to something besides the top 100 blah blah
second, soundgarden is well known and really damn good for that matter
third, the radio sucks anyway

I just don't like Nirvana that much, especially in comparison to Soundgarden.

Oh. Well if it makes you feel any better, Soundgarden is still my second favorite grunge band.

You know, I could be like everyone else and say LOL but Ten, Vs., and Vitalogy were all pretty good. I'd reccommend to you Ament and Gossard's old band, Mother Love Bone.
