Title: A demon by the name of Procrastination
Post by: KonohaShinobi on February 02, 2009, 12:00:46 PM
Last Friday we had to type this essay for this Tuesday(tomorrow), it was a really simple assignment. As soon as the teacher gave it out I went home and said to myself,"This weekend I'll finish it so I can screw around on Monday!"

It's now Saturday, I take out the paperwork, stare at it for 3 minutes, look up at my computer, type my name and immediately open the internet to browse some random sites. Nothing gets done.

Enter Sunday morning, "Alright, let's get this over with," I say to myself. I begin typing the first paragraph when I am, again, distracted by something. I try to ignore the urge to leave Microsoft Word but I save my first sentence and dick around on the internet.

Today is now Monday and tomorrow at 8 PM the assignment is due. I am very determined to get it done today so I can just send it in Tuesday during class. Will I finish this essay? Most likely: No.

I wish I did not have this problem, but there is so many other things to do besides schoolwork ;-;

you've got to be stupid to fail english. essays are easy as shit to do. present evidence make some bullshit statement to back it up and add some fluff.

except that's not why i'm failing

It's more along the lines of I missed a single day and on that day we did loads of shit and my teacher left for a week and that rendered me unable to do any work.

and consider the fact we're only done about 5 assignments this semester and i've missed  and it makes perfect sense

I always wait until the last minute to start any assignments, and yet, they're almost always in on time. bassir;
unfortunately, it probably won't be that way forever
