Title: The wheel on my mouse is pissing me off

It won't let me scroll up and down on any site. Is this my mouse's fault?

check the settings in the control panel

if they look fine then your mouse is fucked

How the fuck are we supposed to know? Also what looks normal for mouse settings?

My scroll doesn't work for the internet.. It works for everything else though.  I've given up trying to fix it. *shrug*
