And put two names by each forum name that you want a local mod for. Don't try to do the math, because whoever gets the most votes isn't necessarily in, but I'm going to do my best to stay unbiased and take what you feel is right under consideration.
If you want to give an explanation with a particular choice (please don't do it for every single one), that'll help give some weight to one you feel strongly about, even if I don't agree with the reasoning.
PAK is teetering on dropping Adminship, so keep this under consideration if you want her as local mod somewhere.
I see no reason to remove Glad or Firebird unless they want to be relieved or an overwhelming majority object to them staying in those positions (something I highly doubt.), so take that under advisement.
NSider Discussion may be retired, still deciding based on where we're going from here. Say "keep, retire & allow read only or retire and hide".
And tell me if you'd prefer subforums to cater to what you want/need further (i.e., professional works have individual book, movie and music forums).

Do we really need so many mods?
I mean we hardly have any rules anywhere besides Serious Business, and that place only needs moderation once every few weeks.

No. The administration was more of a brain trust.
Yeah, if we end up with two local mods for each board I have no idea what they're all going to do. I rarely do anything as mod of General Discussion and everyone seems to think I'm doing a good job.
