My favorite holiday special would have to be a tie between Claymation Christmas, Garfield's Christmas Special, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, and Merry Christmas Charlie Brown. They're all classics.
The best holiday song ever, though, is Wonderful Christmastime by Paul McCartney. Happy Xmas (War is Over) by John Lennon is great as well.
My favorites are Rudolph, Jack Frost, A Year Without a Santa Claus, The First Christmas, Santa Claus is Comin' To Town, Frosty the Snowman and Olive the other Reindeer.
I love those old stop-motion movies (Little Drummer Boy is excluded).
Also, favorite songs are Blue Christmas by Elvis, The Christmas Song, and Snoopy vs the Red Baron

How could I forget about Rudolph? >.<
Also, when I was a kid, and even now to an extent, stop-motion animation always freaked me out. It just looks so cheaply made. Cheaply made things scare me. It's ironic, then, that I have a strong desire to create clay animation films, and even bought some software for it for school.
The Star Wars christmas special.
SERIOUSLY HOW AWESOME IS IT THAT WE GET TO MEET CHEWBACCA'S FAMILY?
I agree with John Lennon's "Happy Xmas (War is Over)." Other than that, I don't really have any holiday songs that I particularly enjoy.

You don't like The Christmas Song? I thought everyone loved it...
Not sure on music, but for specials, Garfield and Frosty the Snowman
the "heatmeiser" song that I don't know the words of (not properly)
"call me heatmeiser whatever I touch turns to ____ in my clutch (he's too much!)"
his brother also has a song...

Those songs and the movie that they are in are my favorite. I always have to make sure to catch it on ABC family
I must confess that I've never seen The Year Without a Santa Claus. :(
I despise Miracle On 44th Street and It's A Wonderful Life
