i need to get in shape to go to the gym
what should i do for arms
also what should i do for my abs
my top half is hard but i cant seem to work the lower abdominals much
push ups work wonders for me

i always sucked majorly at bench press, almost solely because i always had a tendency to not balance it very well for some reason

I've always enjoyed the bench press. Balance was a problem for me when I first started it, but I would just have friends stand at the sides and keep it balanced until I got used to it.

Cam just go to your schools gym. Weak kids work out in the weight room in my school all the time and no one makes fun of them.
You're gonna have to do things like biking, running, etc, if you wanna get rid of the bottom for good. It could also be your diet.
