I don't get what you need help with. You get up on the stage and say the monologue. It's not rocket science.
Put the chair on the table and sit on the chair.
Don't spend much time with the chair, try to be moving around, crossing from in front of the chair to behind it, as you progress, try crossing in front of the table.
Also, it's seems that as this is getting angrier in tone, try to use a lot of hand motions. Get rather hysterical during the end, borderline melodramatic.
Probably, start off sitting in the chair, then rise up when you say "Is he not here?" and start pacing behind the chair.
And make sure you pronounce the d in "demand"

yeah i kinda had this odd idea about how since death note (anime) talks a lot about justice and stuff i could do a lot of the mannorisms and stuff like that
but like as in pacing i should turn and pace the other way with every question there is in the beginning

at some point slam your fist on the table. probably on the thief from "Everybody seems to be my theif."
