I remember doing this once on SMF 1.1.1, but I don't know if it'll work now. It should though.
First, go into the admin panel and look at your account. Two membergroup positions.
You turn prime membership into a member, and then set SECONDARY membership type as admin.
It should just say you're a normal member but you'll retain all admin powers.
I think they rectified this as of 1.1.2, though, but it's possible that it may work if someone else applies the changes to your own.
I RECOMMEND TESTING IT ON SOMEONE FIRST, DON'T JUMP THE GUN AND DE-ADMIN YOURSELF LIKE THAT, OR ELSE THE FORUM WILL BE FUCKED WITHOUT AN ADMIN.
Really, just pick one of you to test it first, and you all gotta agree.
I'll get right on it. kthxbai
Who's going to be the test subject?

I'd Vote Ricky or LCK. We can add a poll but I don't totally know who all is a mod or admin. We need like a full list.
We've done this before, Lawlz was dipshit and hidden admin powers, and Milad was just normal member with admin powers.

Oh, shit.
Well, I think it's still awesome, though. v;
I think we've done it many times before.
And why would they remove it in 1.1.2 if it's a useful feature?
But yeah, it's an awesome tool.
I don't know, but I tried it on a 1.1.2 and it never worked.
