With the sandvich out, press G to taunt and Q to switch to the minigun/fists right after. Works with all taunts. Other examples:

-Soldier bangs his rocket launcher against his chest, salutes his floating shovel
-Pyro waves axe over her head, plays guitar on shotgun/flaregun/flamethrower
-Demonigger takes a swig from his grenade launcher
