DOWNLOAD IT, CONNECT IPHONE, OPEN ITUNES, HOLD OPTION ON MAC OR SHIFT ON WINDOWS AND CLICK "CHECK FOR UPDATES", THEN CHOOSE THE DOWNLOADED FILE FROM THE BROWSE MENU

also this wipes everything you have right now but it's worth it APPSTORE FUCK YEAH

or wait for it to show up when you connect your iphone to itunes and you click check for updates

Yeah. I wish Apple would get that whole server-instead-of-apps-running-in-background thing up. AIM sucks without it.
