To be honest, and this is just my opinion, I feel like it helps to further aid all of the social commentary he makes throughout the album.
Besides, in the words of Mr. Jones himself, "the people will always know what the real title of this album is and what to call it."

Whole album is amazing. Definitely better than his last album.
