I used to be scared of Operation, the buzzer would make me very nervous.
The redeads on Ocarina of Time, I almost shat myself when I saw like 6 of them in Castle Town. Also the Shadow Temple scared me good too. ;-;
I used to be scared of toasters because I never knew when the bread was going to pop.
I agree on all of those
jesus, that hand in OoT that falls down when you stand in one place >.<
I remember making toast once, and the whole damn contraption burst into flames.
Flushing the toilet scared me. >.<

Yeah, the redeads made me shit my pants in that game, and so did the zombies in Hyrule field. But those aren't really simple things.

The zombies in Hyrule Field were so much worse than the redeads oh god.
I remember those times all too well...trying to get to the end of that long damn field before nightfall, then I would be barely there and the town bridge would lift, and I would see the things pop up. I made a dart into the moat, my heart racing.

I couldn't finish any of the dungeons alone or at night. That's what made the game great for me, I just had this awesome feeling of adventure and not know what will happen with fear.
Ghosts. baddood;
Being in other people's houses. :0
Dead Hands and Wall Masters in Ocarina of Time. :'(
I still can't play that game alone when in the Kakariko Well, the Forrest Temple or the Shadow Temple. >.<
Dogs, because I was bitten by one. I'm not afraid of them any more. I want a doggie ^0^ arf arf
THEY'RE STALCHILDREN NOT ZOMBIES >:(
Oh, Yoshi's Island's last bowser battle scared me. <3
The haunted house level in Banjo-Kazooie used to scare me.
I was also afraid of playing hide-and-go-seek, but that was mainly because my brother was a dick and would act like a ghost to scare me. >.<

I also agree with mirrors at night, zombies in oot, and ww floormasters
RE4...It still does.

PLAYSTATION FOUR.
Mickey Mouse. I had this rather creepy Mickey doll that seemed very menacing sitting up on a shelf at night with the dim glow of a night light on it. So yeah, back then that made Mickey rather frightening for me. I think I was about 3 at the time. Maybe 4.
Early 3D games due to the feeling of such a limited universe.
They still scare me, actually.
Numerous things in Ocarina of Time, especially the ReDeads and Floor Masters. The versions of those in Wind Waker and whatever other games aren't nearly as bad.
The mini-scene whenever link puts on a transforming mask in Majora's Mask
The stuff in Luigi's Masion used to be a little scary to me.
Walking around in the dark because I always felt like I was going to trip over, run into, or scratch myself on something.
People coming into my house at night. I used to even double-check every door before going to bed to make sure they're locked well.
The possibility of people looking through my windows.

I was afraid of outhouse toilets because I thought a snake might jump out and bite me.
And I get the thing about people looking in my windows at me, too. Especially when it's around 4am and I'm in the kitchen eating peanut butter and I look out the window and for half a second I imagine I see a face pressed up against the glass.

I talked to him on the phone for a good hour, then I heard him mumble my name. Except he was saying "Megan".
And the entire time he thought he was talking to someone else.
And then he thought I was lying to him about who I was.
And then I just got pissed and hung up on him. <3

I used to be afraid of swimming in deep water, up until I was 14 or 15.
Sometimes my imagination would run wild, and I would think something is behind me and will attack me in the shower. So I shower sideways so I can see both sides.
