I hate this shit man.
I can't sleep because my sleep schedule is like 4 am - 11am. and my depression is caused by alot of fighting going on with me and the old lady.
And I'm aware that it's not insomnia unless I can't sleep, and I did alot of moving today and I'm tired but can't sleep.
I have insomnia too. I keep waking up feeling scared and tense and my vision is blurry, so I just stay up because I can't go back to sleep anyway.
I've also had the hardest time staying asleep the last 2 weeks.
I have a hard time falling alseep.

My schedule is anywhere between 3-5 AM to 8:30 Am. Except for weekends when I can sleep in til about 1PM but still stay up past 3.
This has been going on for over 3 years, and I've seen a doctor about it.
It's called Chronic Sleep Deprevation.
I can't sleep a decent amount of time unless it's like 12 hours. I either sleep 4-6 at most or I sleep like half the day.
I had a 5 or so hour nap from about 9PM-2AM today.
Unless either I've had very little sleep recently or it's very late at night, I really can't fall asleep. It's part of the reason I'm often here so late.

I have depression, but all it does is give me headaches at random intervals. Nothing too bad
