There are a few guidelines and special rules to keep in mind when nominating.
1.) "New" things refer to things that have been arrived since after last year's Boyah awards. This includes smilies, Boyagers, etc.
2.) Lawlz is not considered a former Boyager yet.
3.) Lawlz is considered a former Admin, and not a current one.
4.) Mods include all mods. That means that the new low mod rank and local mods are counted.
And as for a few common sense guidelines...
1.) Be at least somewhat sensible about this. Don't consider Bluaki a girl. Same goes for Reaper and Steal.
2.) You can nominate yourself if you want to, if you're that conceited.
3.) Stay on topic, please. No spamming, etc.
4.) Don't derail the threads by debating about your nominations.
Oh, and an additional note...the thread listing is alphabetical, so don't expect a thread to be bumped when you reply to it. There is no thread-bumping here.
Yet another additional note because of Cam. Former Boyagers can't be nominated for threads unless it's obvious that the thread is for former Boyagers. "Least Missed," "Best Former Mod," etc. Not the normal stuff like "Worst Boyager." If it seems ambiguous, let me know, and I'll revise the thread.
That's it I guess.
A side note I'd like to add is that the threads can't be bumped. They are alphabetically organized for ease of reading.

Okay, I had to rename a category since you guys are illiterate.
"Boyager Most Others Would Want to Meet in Person" was intended to be who, as a community, most people would want to meet. However, you guys voted for the one(or so it seemed) that you would like to meet the most. Because of this I renamed it to reflect that. It is now who you would like to meet the most.
