I found a way to make my downloads faster on bit torrent.
Make the maximum upload speed at about 5kbps. Made my downloads 20kbps faster.
Which torrent client and how?

I usually minimize the uploads when I'm downloading a 12gb or so file, I then let my computer upload at about 100kbps once I finish that huge file.
