Hello everyone
Today, my european studies teacher announced that we are going to have to do a research paper that will me 6-10 pages long caterpie;
awesum
anyways, i can't think of any topics for it, and whenever I feel like I have a semi-good one, my teacher rejects it.
So, it has to be in the form of a question and it has to relate somewhat to the history of europe. I would like to do something that has to do with the black death, because I actually find that interesting. The only problem is that the subject can't be too broad or too narrow. For example, it couldn't be, "How did the black death affect europe", or "How did the black death affect peasant timmy in europe". One that my friend did which got accepted was, "How did the black death affect the upper class of society".
My only idea so far is: How did the black death affect art
i need help on this or i fail and don't go into college
How did the artists spawned from the renaissance affect Europe as well as the rest of the world in the centuries following their work

I'm stealing that thanks
not to mention that there's like a ton of shit about the renaissance on wikipedia =P

How did the plague affect the political, economic, and social aspects of European life, as well as its standing within the world?
I decided to go with:
When the members started leaving the catholic church because they thought that god was punishing them for no reason, did other religions prosper from former catholics, or were other religions blamed for the plague by their own members, as well?
of course i worded it better but w/e

Just do it on the Enlightenment Age, one of the greatest eras in mankind history.
But the black plague is easier

Not really, the Enlightenment Age is easy to write a research paper about, I've already done it. Not to mention, in my opinion, more interesting and significant to the present.
