What was it? Well, the end of the world.
It's gotten fuzzy since I had a massive stream of dreams, but I dreamt I was talking to my mother or something, and had then fallen asleep. When I awoke, there was a loud screech, and everything was being sucked into a white void up in the sky. The emptiness was emitting some burning energy and I was just hanging on for my life, screaming, "I BELIEVE. WHY DIDN'T I BELIEVE? I BELIEVE IN GOD." Apparently, all this silliness in the bible was true. When I woke up in that dream, I was still dreaming (unaware it was still a dream) and started screaming to my mother "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME IT WAS A DREAM?"
I still doubt the existence of a deity, although I still view it as an unlikely possibility, but that was just intensely horrifying because it felt so real. I probably had the dream because I thought, "What if some day I end up being a silly Christian?" before I fell asleep.
After that, I dreamed I was in a Simpsons episode in a court defending myself for not picking up Jessie and James (from Pokémon) for some stupid reason
That sounds intense, I wish i had more dreams like that. Pokemon are crazy cool. caterpie;
That may have been something/someone telling you to have a little more faith in the afterlife.

You don't have to follow a religion or even believe in a deity to believe in an afterlife.

o my bad I kinda assumed.
but anyway, that sounds like a dream I would have loved to have. I love having amazingly awesome dreams, then just thinking about them for the rest of the day.
