Title: Why does it seem like the same 20 people are in a rotation on Myspace?

Like that chick.

It always looks like they are just rotating 20 people for the "cool new people" box on MySpace and aren't really just picking "Cool" or "New" people.

Facebook is much smarter (the way it's set up, I mean, the people are still idiots) and cleaner. Although, people manage to screw up the clean look by having a millions of "apps" on their goddamn profile.
