How much do your run, if at all?
I'm trying to get some abs by summer so when i'm swimming and girls see my ripped chest they'll want to make love to me. It's foolproof.
Except you have a terrible haircut and look like a 12 year old.
And I don't exercise anyhting but my brain.
Chest and abs won't mean shit if they can't handle your face. baddood;
I run about a mile together everyday picking up my brother from school. On the weekends I do a few miles, I don't keep track though. And I also run the track frequently as a warm up in Team Sports.
lol lusting you because you have a 'good' body isn't love.
Two miles, thats nothing doodella;
What was your time? spam;

I never said that.
And the only exercise I get is when it's a necessity or if I somehow find it enjoyable, like running across a parking lot at night just to feel the cool air.

I used to exercise over the summer, I sprinted 3 miles about 4 times a week, power walked (incline) about a mile beforehand to warm up and hit the power bike for another mile to top it all off.

Do you mean 3 miles total or 3 miles in one run. I hate how people say sprinted (insert long distance here) because then that's not considered sprinting.

No it was five miles total, I say sprinted because it denotes high speed, you can run three miles and jog but I wouldn't consider that impressive.
I run about 5 miles every other day.

I try to run two miles every other day. But I get lazy. I was supposed to run today, but I didn't feel like it and my head hurt.
I just recently started running so I can only run a mile in about 8 minutes.

If I just do a mile i can do it in like 7 minutes, but if I do 2 miles it goes up to 7:30ish
Now that the weather is warming up, I'll be playing football and basketball a lot with my friends.
On Easter, I was running all out in a kickball game. I went 4/5 with 4 HR's. They couldn't keep up with my SEC speed. spam;
Kickball is awesome
It should be a real sport

Compete in something that doesn't send you to the hospital, like chess, or video games.
About 51% of the time, it's more logical to do so. >_>
That makes no sense, how can you dislike sports and promote video games? Either both are pointless or we can agree that not everything which may cause injury and or not directly lead to survival in the modern world is pointless. Sports do tend to generate better physical and mental conditions.

Fine, I'll restate my sentence.
Sports aren't bad, people IN PROFESSIONAL sports are bad, thus giving sports a bad name.
