Quick question, does this violate our rights to personal privacy?

It's esssentially a email/phone/communication filtering software that picks out certain keywords for further investigation by the NSA, from what I've been able to determine.

It does not violate our privacy, since we've had none to begin with. Almost everything in our lives is monitored.
