how do you do that soup
A camera with manual shutter speed and flashlight. They are all 30 second exposures. Hit the shutter, then run into the frame and wave around the light. I'm drawing body armor and a plasma rifle on my sleeping dog now.

Is there a special light you use or just a glowstick?
The lonely guy in the chair is the best.
Flashlight, portable reading light, pen light.
Please note: my dog is quite intimidating with her Oprah mask.
