Mine's definitely in Won't Get Fooled Again by The Who.
The main part of the song is great, but not TOTALLY FAH KING AWESUM. But then there's the part when the instruments stop and all you hear is the synths. After a minute, the drums come in, followed by a big "YEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH", one of the best screams ever. And then the guitar and bass come in, sounding totally awesome, and the song ends with the memorable line "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss".
What's yours?
All 4'33" of John Cage's 4'33".
Cassandra Gemini, about 3/4 of the way through the song. Track 9-10 on the actual CD.
God it makes me cry.
"its all...gonna BRAAAEEEEKKKKK"
It's All Gonna Break by Broken Social Scene.
Nil Recurring is so awesome, so much shit going on but it's so clear.
Off the top of my head, probably the "Sors salutis, et virtutis, michi nunc contraria..." part in O Fortuna. It's the part where the lyrics get real loud.
When Frances the Mute finally starts after about 2843756735 hours of ringing.

That's pretty good too, but it just blows you away when it finally starts.
The fade out from "Have a Cigar" to the fade in from "Wish You Were Here".

Shoot, you made me wanna go listen to those two.
The outro in Cave, by Muse
Jesus how could I forget that.
Also, when Cedric sings "I've always wanted, to eat glass with you again" in Miranda.
The scream in "wont get fooled again" immediately came to mind, but alas, it's been said.
-The intro to floyd's "get your filthy hands off my desert" on final cut. A scream, bombs drop and chamber music follows.
-The slow vocal part in Aqualung
-The end of ween's "the argus"
-The last few bars of zeppelin's "that's the way", especially the version on "how the west was won".(dont know why, always enjoyed it)
-The reverb, echo(ey) vocal segment on Simon and Garfunkel's "The only living boy in New york"
Just a few that came to mind.
oh hell yes, aqualung. I love how it gets all slow and builds up and all that, etc.
And it seems most songs on How The West Was Won are better than the studiio.
Outro scream on Grimskalle Trell by Borknagar is so fucking awesome.
