Sorry for the extended downtime. Bassir, Snorkel, and I have been working on it since last night. Well, here we are our new server; let's have fun guys.
I decided to check error logs and I found the problem, notified Bassir and we quickly fixed it. UTF-8 is now supported, so we can now use special characters. We'll be getting the rest of the stuff up shortly.

Neither.
The custom rank images was trying to access our old database, which didn't exist so it caused a connection error preventing posts from loading.
