I'm not really sure how this works with location and such, but on the east coast at this moment, the moon is about half-covered by the earth's shadow. Last night, when it was fully covered, the clouds all got this awesome whitish ghostly glow, even though everything else was pitch black.

It'd be a shame to miss the eclipse just because you forgot or weren't aware, so I'm reminding you all now. :)

I can see it out my window. I really wish I had a telescope. I used to have one but I never used it an eventually my mom sold it.

Then you'll be able to tell what's happening when the moon is fuilly covered then, because the sun will be able to illuminate the clouds a bit. It's a pretty awesome phenominom (oh god that word is awesome).

and like.. we have a pretty thick layer of clouds here, but I can still see the moon perfectly fine. They kinda part the way.

Doesn't matter, I took a picture with mine and no matter what, it looks like shit
you'd need to be able to super zoom to take anything that was decent.

I'm gonna try with my video camera now, it has x32.

I'm in Philly. I just went outside and took a picture, here's what it currently looks like. Just about half covered. I'll update later.

That should be good too, hope the Pentagon releases a video or a picture from the impact.
