I'd build it inside of an Apple IIe case, and figure out a way to connect the built-in keyboard. That would be the coolest thing ever.

I'd be all for it unless you use that crappy Apple II monitor.

No, I don't think monochrome green would work well with a modern machine. I'd upgrade to a full color, 20" 1985 tube. caterpie;
