An HP Pentium 4, 512 ram, Windows XP Pro, and it includes a monitor, mouse, and keyboard. I do not know the quality those are in because it does not state what kind they are. Also the seller says it can, "Burn your own movies fast" (xD)
All this is for $200 in my local classifieds. It sounds great but I just need second opinions.
whats the GPU?
No. 512MB, and a Pentium 4 wouldn't last you at all. It's like buying a GameCube right now.
PROTIP: Decent computers will cost you at least 600 dollars.

Except a Gamecube will give you thousands of hours for fun and will remain fun twenty years from now, when an obsolete computer is good for diddly squat.
Unless it's from the eighties or early nineties, in which case it's still fun.

You can still have fun with an old computer in twenty years if all you play is Starcraft.
