Title: My head hurts

It started this afternoon, but it got worse a few hours ago.

I feel dizzy and it's not a good feeling.  :(

I also do not have any aspirin, so I cannot take it.

I have Bronchitus so I have a lot of medicine.

I have some codeine if you want any  wub;

When I had bronchitis I had to take Zithromax.
