To make a page
Last time, people had problems trying to make a page. Here's how you do it.
1. Search for a topic to make sure that it doesn't exist.
2. If it doesn't, you'll find a link that says "create it yourself" or something of that sort.
3. Click on the link, and you'll be introduced to an editor. To learn the differnent commands on a Wiki, consult this page (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Editing).
4. ???
5. Profit!
