Title: So Zune market place
Post by: Cookie on February 02, 2008, 06:48:26 PM
So I own a 30 GB Ipod video and use Itunes. Now my friend just told me that for $15 a month you can downlaod as much shit as you want off the Zune Market place. So first question is, is this true? And if it is, can I buy just one month for $15? And then just downlaod as much as a I want for that one month? So if I can do that I would pretty much screw itunes and just do that for one month and get an ass load of songs. But then I would want the music on my ipod so I would have to put it in Itunes.  He also told me though if I wanted to do this I would have to convert it into Itunes because it wouldn't be in the right format. Now is that true too? So yeah anyone with a Zune wanna tell me if I can do this.

So yeah.

Also baddood;

QuoteSomewhat fewer songs are available through the US$14.99-per-month subscription service called a “Zune Pass”. This allows a member to download and play participating Zune Marketplace content for a flat monthly fee. Zune Pass downloads cannot be burned to Audio CD and will become unplayable when the subscription lapses.

Shit.

It's a ripoff. They give you music files with shitty quality that expire after your subscription runs out and can't be burned onto CDs.

It is a rip off. But I don't understand buying music, but if you do I would recommend just buying the songs individually. The service is a ripoff. I just like the program/actual zune.
