?
Yes.
Good sir, I myself attend university, and I do not believe we are provided with such classes as Advanced Placement courses are, after all, intended to bestow supplementary college credit upon students.
Yup. I take advanced math. powerofone;
Im taking AP classes.
AP US2.

Im taking AP classes.
I find that so hard to believe.
Technically I should be, I should take some next year and then the year after that.

Goodness, is that so?
I must arrange for my Advanced Placement course instructor to discuss this matter with you in order to assure you of the validity of my assertion.
Are you a freshman?
Well, I'm not anymore, but that's because I'm in college. caterpie;
I took AP English and AP Calculus in high school.

I took AP US History and AP Calc
I was supposed to take AP Computer Science but each time they cancelled the course. My physics teacher was trying to get them to add an AP Physics course, which I would have taken.
I'm taking 3 this year

Physics pissed me off, because my class was designed after the AP Physics standards but it wasn't technically an AP course, so there weren't going to be any AP Physics exams provided for our school.
That's the main reason I dropped the class. It wasn't worth the extra work if it was just a normal class.

You can sign up for an AP test at a different school...

I didn't want to. It was more worth it to give my GPA an easier time anyway.
I'm not in any anymore because I got kicked out for not doing summer assignments because apparently you had to attend some after school meeting to receive the assignments but you're not informed of any such meeting unless you asked the teacher if they were having a meeting.

Im going to ask my teacher about this. befuddlement
I'm probably going to be taking AP Chemistry, AP Calculus(AB & BC), and maybe AP US History next year.

I got put in the slow paced Chemistry class, which means no weight. I wanted to take the honors version, and I have a 4.0 GPA in science. I'm just going to say bah and take AP Chemistry next year.

I personally preferred Chemistry.

That's cool.
I wish I could be the on top of school work.
And that sucks, I would be pissed if they put me in the non-weighted Chemistry class as it's project based.
I don't have any because just about all AP classes at my school are only 11th and 12th grade. The only one exception is AP World History which is available for 10-12. I'm in 9th.

So, I'm taking Advanced World History this year and Advanced US History next year.
college doesn't have them
I need help deciding.
Freshman- Honors Biology
This Year- Chem 1 honors
Next year-?
Senior year-?
I have 3 choices
AP Chem
AP Bio
or Physics.
I am going to double up senior once I drop history. What should I take?
Quote from: PLEASEHELP1991 on February 01, 2008, 06:51:17 PM
Do you have calculus for that?
That would probably be along with Physics next year. So I'm assuming no?

Be prepared for the fourth dimension.
Nope, I don't like extra unecessarary work.
You're not alone.
Not once have I ever taken an advanced class, or even had a chance to.
