Title: WHAT ARE THOSE MOMENTS
Post by: Selkie on January 28, 2008, 06:25:33 PM
Alright, I will try my best to describe...

Those moments were you feel as if your mind has just been opened and bright light has shone upon it, or it was washed by a crisp, cool breeze, or a refreshing bucket of cold water on a hot summer day. Those moments where you totally and utterly connect with your existance, what is going on around you, and what the world literally and figuratively is. You realize you are alive, and for a moment you are in bliss.

What the hell is that? I have had those every so often.

And no it has nothing to do with drugs. I don't do drugs.

 I felt that once for about two minutes. Total contentment.

Orgasm?  baddood;

I know what you mean, though. They happen to me mostly in music-oriented settings, like having an awesome jam during band practice, or lying on my floor listening to music.

Oh, right.

And that happens every so often to me after I accomplish something that has taken me awhile.
Also, it sometimes happens randomly, but it feels really good.

I get it during times when I have no stress like during a small break or a vacation and I'm listening to music or watching a movie.

I have something kinda similar.  Were i actually feel "bigger" than the world.  Not really big but almost like a god were i can see everything clear.  The feeling i get is analogous to someone being in a game thinking thats it the real world but getting some strange feeling as if knowing that its a game but nobody else does...

Its strange.

That day not too long ago when I went to take a walk outside.
I just wanted to walk and walk and walk. And never come back.
