I thought it was unnecessary before but it leaves my hair shinier if I wash it twice :3
And aren't you supposed to rinse with cold water?
I tried that once and it worked well.

I rinse it out after about 10-15 seconds, though it takes a while to fully rinse it out.

I usually leave the shampoo in my hair in for about three to five minutes.
I lather, wash myself, apply face cream, then rinse.

I'm not switching to cold water for just one or two minutes to rinse my hair. I'll get a cold.
I rub it in, and wash it out. The whole process take less than a minute. Maybe I should try this whole, leave it in thing.

What you do is leave a little in and dry your hair with a towel.
i just squeeze some shampoo in and wash it out a few minutes later doodthing;

-Wash rest of self with bar soap with suds still in hair
-Wash shampoo out
-Put on conditioner
-Brush teeth
-Wash out conditioner
