and I cannot solve it to save my life.
Has anyone here ever solved a rubik's cube?
I have a 3x3 one here.
I have one layer solved. I can't get past that, though. ;-;
I got one for Christmas and only the top layer is solved.
I have 2 layers solved on my 3x3 one... edumacate;
Just follow this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HsQIoPyfQzM). Although if you can't even solve the two-by-two, you're hopeless.
The only reason I don't have one is the unreasonable price of 15 dollars.
How do you have a 2x2 one?

I have a 1x1, I solved it too.
I solved a 9x9 with my friends once, took almost a month since we did it sporadically.

Bassir posted that one.
i have a 2x2 as well, i cant fucking solve it...
Last I checked, Rubix cubes are three dimensions. Not two.
i can solve the 2x2 and the 3x3 in like 1 minute...
if you've solved the 3x3 the 2x2 is really easy...
you solve the last layer on the 2x2 by solving it like you solve the 3x3's last corners...

Last I checked, Rubix cubes are squares so you assume the last side is the same as the other two.
I've had a 3x3 rubix cube since I was 7.
I still can't complete it 9 years later. :|

Then, isn't only the 1st dimension necessary?
You can go onto RubiksCube.com and Type in the colors of the front of your cube. They will then give you the instructions on how to solve it.
I haven't tried it though. It probably has like 24354546 Moves for you to do. :^D
