I'll buy 4GB of RAM for $95 from OCW, then sell the 2GB I have for about $40 on eBay ( a bit cheaper than OCW charges for their 2GB pack, so it would be a deal), making my upgrade only about $55 dollars or so.
and just hope that third party ram doesn't give you a kernel panic
