Not long,  most of the time was just spent on finding the songs.

I'd really suggest "Uncommon Valor" by Jedi Mind Tricks, R.A.'s verse is a first person story of what happened to his father in vietnam and the results of his exposure to agent orange.

I would have suggested more Jedi Mind Tricks, but Selkie already listens to them, so I didn't bother recommending songs he already may have had.


If you like those ones let me know and I will suggest more.  Army of the Pharoahs, Immortal Technique, Akir, Outerspace.  I could have made the post much longer.
