Title: Mac/iTouch question
Post by: The Hand That Fisted Everyone on December 24, 2007, 10:02:37 PM
So my sister got an iTouch for christmas and we were trying to do some stuff with iTunes, and a message popped up saying that the iTouch is only compatible with Mac OSX 10.4.10 My sister has 10.3.9

is there anyway to upgrade without purchasing a new OS or will she have to pay to get upgraded?

$129 for Leopard. Old copies of Tiger are, strangely, even more expensive on Amazon/eBay/whatever.

Since that Mac is running Panther, Leopard may be a tad bit slow, unless it was at least a midline at the time of purchase or upgraded since then.
